For those of you not keeping up with South Carolina politics, Alvin Greene is the name of the Democratic nominee to run against incumbent Republican Jim “The Worst” DeMint for Senate.  Alvin Green somehow won the Democratic primary a few months ago after not campaigning even a little bit.  He literally just got his name on the ballot and people said, “Oh, I like the name Greene,” and then he won. This is not an exaggeration.  It was very weird.  And so is Alvin Green.  He is a big weirdo.  He has had a couple of embarrassing interviews, and most recently advocated pulling South Carolina out of the recession by selling action dolls of himself.  No joke.  Then the other day he was indicted for showing some woman porn against her will.  And now he’s just started yelling “Noooooooooo!” and “Gooooooooo!” to reporters who come to his house to ask questions.  They yelling begins at 1:30 (counting backwards because this player is weird).

I can’t believe I hope Jim DeMint wins.
